"Great place, once there you won't want to leave, even for hiking! Lots of amenities in the lodge to keep everyone entertained. But if you do want to explore the trails, great location, very close to Ash Cave. This is our second year there and it was specifically requested for this year again! The driveway can be challenging, it's steep! A 4 wheel drive isnt necessarily required normally, but is highly recommended especially in the winter months or you may end up leaving your car at the bottom and walking up."
